St. Mary's Lancers Alumni
The St. Mary's Lancers was a junior drum and bugle corps based in Baltimore, Maryland, from 1955 through 1966. Among other awards, the Lancers were Maryland State American Legion Junior Champions from 1962-1966, a feat not accomplished by any other drum corps in that State. St. Mary's was also the first drum corps, either junior or senior level, to produce its own television show. That show aired on WMAR-TV in Baltimore on Thanksgiving weekend, 1964.
